Asia Cup 2025: Who are the top five wicket-takers in Asia Cup?


The Asia Cup 2025 begins on September 9 in Abu Dhabi, with Afghanistan taking on Hong Kong in the opener at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium.

The tournament features eight teams, split into two groups: India, UAE, Pakistan, and Oman in Group A; Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, and Sri Lanka in Group B.

Led by Suryakumar Yadav, India is chasing a second T20 Asia Cup crown, while Sri Lanka looks to defend the title it won in 2022. This will be only the third edition of the Asia Cup played in the T20 format.

Here are the top five wicket-takers in the Asia Cup (T20 format only): 

13 – Bhuvneshwar Kumar (IND) [6 matches]

11 – Al-Amin Hossain (BAN) [5 matches]

11 – Hardik Pandya (IND) [8 matches]

9 – Wanindu Hasaranga (SL) [6 matches]

8 – Haris Rauf (PAK) [6 matches]
