Oben Electric launches Rorr EZ Sigma with reverse mode and 175 km range at ₹1.27 lakh

Oben Electric, on Tuesday, launched the Rorr EZ Sigma electric motorcycle in India at an introductory price of ₹1.27 lakh for the 3.4 kWh variant and ₹1.37 lakh for the 4.4 kWh variant (ex-showroom).After the introductory period, prices will rise to ₹1.47 lakh and ₹1.55 lakh, respectively. Bookings are open for ₹2,999, with deliveries starting August 15, 2025. The motorcycle can also be purchased via Amazon, and test rides are available at Oben showrooms nationwide.

The Rorr EZ Sigma features a 5-inch TFT colour display with navigation, call, message, and music alerts. It introduces a reverse mode for better manoeuvrability in congested areas and a redesigned seat for improved rider comfort.

Powered by Oben Electric’s proprietary LFP battery technology, the motorcycle offers 50% better thermal management and twice the lifespan compared to conventional NMC batteries. The 3.4 kWh variant provides a 140 km IDC range, while the 4.4 kWh variant offers up to 175 km.

Both variants deliver a top speed of 95 km/h, accelerate from 0–40 km/h in 3.3 seconds, and produce 52 Nm of torque. Fast charging enables 0–80% charge in 1.5 hours. The 3.4 kWh model weighs 143 kg, while the 4.4 kWh model is 148 kg.

Built on the ARX frame, the Rorr EZ Sigma has 200 mm ground clearance, a 7-step adjustable rear mono-shock suspension, and a 230 mm water-wading capability. It includes three ride modes (Eco, City, Havoc), Unified Brake Assist, a Driver Alert System, and 130/70-17 tyres. Security features include geo-fencing, battery theft lock, and vandalism protection.

Customers receive a complimentary one-year subscription to the Oben Electric app, offering ride tracking, GPS-based ‘Find My Rorr’, remote diagnostics, geo-fencing, anti-theft alerts, and access to over 68,000 charging stations. The company provides an 8-year or 80,000 km battery warranty through its Battery Protect 8/80 Plan for ₹9,999.
