Bengaluru: BMTC’s feeder bus services for Yellow Line metro to commence from Aug. 11


The Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) is set to introduce four new metro feeder bus services to go in alignment with the commencement of the Namma Metro’s Yellow line operations. The feeder services will be operational from Monday.

“These feeder services are designed to facilitate seamless first- and last-mile connectivity for passengers travelling to and from metro stations, particularly benefiting commuters in the Electronics City, Bommasandra, and Kodathi regions,” BMTC said in a release on Saturday.

Route details

MF – 22: Electronics City – Konappana Agrahara – Hosaroad – Kasavanahalli – Kaikondrahalli – Doddakannalli

MF – 22 A: Konappana Agrahara – Electronics City – Huskur Gate – Chintala Madivala – Muttanalluru Cross – Thimmasandra Cross – Chandapura Cross

Both of these routes will depart from Electronics City Wipro Gate and Kodathi Wipro at different times during the day.

MF – 22 B: Bommasandra – Thirupalya Cross – S-Mando-3 – Electronics City Wipro Gate – Konappana Agrahara – Electronics City – Hebbagodi – Bommasandra

MF – 22 C: Konappana Agrahara – Electronics City Wipro Gate – S-Mando-3 – Thirupalya Cross – Bommasandra – Hebbagodi – Electronics City – Konappana Agrahara

All of these feeders will connect metro stations with major IT/residential hubs.
