
The Harrier.ev has dual electric motors for all-wheel drive, producing 500 Nm of torque. It features off-road cruise control, a 360-degree camera with a transparent mode to show the ground beneath, and a rotary drive mode selector with Rock Crawl, Snow, and Sand modes, plus Boost and Eco modes.
Performance that doesn’t just overcome the impossible, it deletes it all.

The SUV includes a 12.3-inch touchscreen and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, both shared with the standard Harrier and Safari but with EV-specific graphics. It also has a shift-by-wire gear selector.
Tata displayed a near-production Harrier.ev at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, confirming its all-wheel-drive system. The SUV will compete with the Mahindra BE 6, XEV 9e, MG ZS EV, and BYD Atto 3. Full technical details are not yet available.
