TVS Motor records highest ever sales, clocks 17% sales growth in March 2025, EV sales surge 77%

TVS Motor Company recorded a 17% growth in total sales for March 2025, selling 4,14,687 units compared to 3,54,592 units in March 2024. The company also reported a 13% increase in total sales for FY 2024-25, reaching 47.44 lakh units.

Strong Growth in Two-Wheelers and EVs

Total two-wheeler sales rose 16% to 4,00,120 units in March 2025. Domestic two-wheeler sales grew 14%, reaching 2,97,622 units. Motorcycle sales increased by 15% to 1,96,734 units, while scooter sales surged 27% to 1,66,297 units.
TVS’s electric vehicle (EV) sales saw a massive 77% growth, with 26,935 units sold in March 2025, compared to 15,250 units last year.

Three-Wheelers and Export Performance

Three-wheeler sales grew 44%, reaching 14,567 units in March 2025. Exports surged 23%, with 1,13,464 units shipped globally. Two-wheeler exports alone registered a 22% growth, selling 1,02,498 units.

Full-year (FY2024-25) Performance

For the full financial year, TVS Motor reported a 13% growth, selling 47.44 lakh units. Two-wheeler sales increased 12% to 43.3 lakh units, while three-wheeler sales stood at 1.35 lakh units. Total exports grew 18% to 11.95 lakh units.
