TVS Motor April 2025 sales jump 16% YoY driven by strong domestic and export demand

TVS Motor Company, one of India’s leading two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturers, recorded a robust 16% year-on-year (YoY) increase in overall sales for April 2025, reaching 443,896 units, compared to 383,615 units sold in April 2024.

The company’s total two-wheeler sales grew 15% to 430,330 units in April 2025, up from 374,592 units in the same month last year, reflecting significant growth due to rising consumer demand and TVS’s strong product portfolio across scooters, motorcycles, and electric two-wheelers.

This steady growth highlights the company’s strong presence in the Indian market and its ability to cater to evolving customer needs.

Exports Surge 45% Year-on-Year

TVS Motor also reported impressive growth in international markets. Total exports jumped 45% to 116,880 units in April 2025, up from 80,508 units in the same period last year.

The sharp rise in exports underlines the company’s expanding global footprint and increasing demand for its products worldwide.
