
Tata Tech, Volvo Join Hands
The engineering and solutions company said this partnership will focus on core areas like product engineering, vehicle system and component engineering, embedded software, and product lifecycle management solutions.
The solution services will be provided from the company’s hubs in India, Sweden, Romania, and Poland.
This marks another collaboration from Volvo Cars in India, after having picked HCLTech for end-to-end engineering services in a major deal just last week.Back in 2024, Tata Technologies announced that it entered into an arrangement with the German luxury carmaker BMW with an aim to collaborate for the development of automotive software and business IT solutions.
Tata Tech Shares In Focus
For the March quarter, Tata Technologies reported constant currency revenue growth of a negative 3.3%, which was worse in comparison to a 3% drop that was anticipated. However, the company’s Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) margin improved by 400 basis points year-on-year to 18.2% from 17.8% in the previous quarter.Shares of Tata Technologies are trading little changed at ₹731.8. The stock is trading 35% below its recent 52-week high of ₹1,136.
