Seventeen injured in jallikattu in Pudukottai

Seventeen persons were injured in a jallikattu organised at Kulathupatti village near Thirumayam in Pudukkottai district on Wednesday.

As many as 300 bulls were released during the event in which 100 bull tamers participated. Seventeen persons were injured during the event, and all the injured were treated as outpatients at the venue, said police sources.
