Man gets three years imprisonment in POCSO case

The POCSO Court here sentenced a man to three years imprisonment for misbehaviour towards a minor girl. The court also imposed a fine of ₹20,000 on the convict. The girl’s father had complained that the man, identified as B. Prasad of Kothagudem in Telangana, behaved indecently with his 15-year-old daughter when she was alone at home in 2019. Following the complaint, the Machavaram police registered the case and arrested him.
