Ex-journalist found dead in his house in south Delhi

 A former journalist was found dead inside his rented apartment in south Delhi’s Malviya Nagar, the police said on Saturday.

“We reached the spot and found the door locked, when we broke into the apartment we found the body on the floor of the bedroom,” said a Delhi Police officer.

Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (South) Achin Garg said the body was in a decomposed state and the cause of death is not clear yet.

The police are awaiting the post-mortem report and have filed a case under Section 194 (suspicious death) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.
