
2025 Jeep Compass
The 2025 Jeep Compass and its all-electric variant have debuted in Europe. This new generation features improved interiors, a more rugged exterior design, and a wider range of powertrain options, including fully electric and hybrid variants. Jeep has confirmed the new Compass will not be introduced in India. The STLA Medium platform did not meet cost requirements for the market.
Triumph Scrambler 400 XC
Triumph is preparing to launch a more off-road-oriented version of its Scrambler 400 X in India. The updated model, named the Scrambler 400 XC, will include several enhancements over the base version. Given that the standard Scrambler 400 X is priced at ₹2.67 lakh (ex-showroom), the XC variant is expected to cost up to ₹30,000 more.
Honda CBR650R
Honda BigWing has teased its next motorcycle for the Indian market, expected to be the updated CBR650R featuring an e-clutch system. While the addition of the e-clutch is likely to add around 2 kg to the bike’s weight, it may also lead to a price increase. The current ex-showroom price for the CBR650R stands at ₹9.99 lakh.
Kia Carens Clavis MPV
Kia has officially unveiled the Carens Clavis MPV in India. The vehicle will be available with three engine options: a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol, a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol, and a 1.5-litre diesel. Bookings for the Carens Clavis are now open, although pricing has yet to be announced.
Dacia Duster Extreme
French carmaker Renault and its Romanian subsidiary Dacia have long collaborated to create popular vehicles, including the well-known Dacia Duster. The latest iteration, the Dacia Duster Extreme, retains much of the styling of its predecessor with a refreshed design. While the Duster is no longer on sale in India, it continues to be available in international markets.
