
Here’s a list of this week’s significant launches in the automobile sector:
Ducati Desmo450 MX
Ducati has made its entrance into a new market with the Desmo450 MX, its first motocross motorcycle. The main attraction of the Ducati Desmo450 MX is its 450 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine. The bike is supported by a 19-inch rear wheel and a 21-inch front wheel that is encased in Pirelli Scorpion MX32 mid-soft tyres.
KTM 390 Enduro R
KTM India is all set to introduce the 390 Enduro R. The company showcased the bike and its features in a new teaser post on its social media accounts. The KTM 390 Enduro R is intended for enthusiasts who want a lightweight bike that can traverse unexplored terrain. The bike will have a 4.2-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity for turn-by-turn navigation, music, and phone calls.
Lamborghini Temerario
Lamborghini officially announced the launch of Temerario on April 30. Following its initial announcement at Monterey Car Week, the Huracan replacement is now travelling to India. The Lamborghini Temerario is expected to cost approximately ₹ 7 crore. In India, it faces competition from the McLaren 750S and the Ferrari 296 GTB.
Skoda Elroq RS electric SUV
Skoda recently displayed the Elroq RS, their premier all-electric vehicle, to the public. This is the newest model with the RS badge, and it was unveiled six months after the Elroq EV made its debut. The Skoda Elroq RS has two electric motors, one on each axle, and is powered by an 84-kWh battery pack.
Hyundai Ioniq 6
The Hyundai Motor Company revealed the updated Ioniq 6 at the 2025 Seoul Mobility Show in Korea. The business has also launched the Ioniq 6 N Line alongside the updated electric sedan. The Ioniq 6 N Line variation, which was revealed alongside the new Ioniq 6, adds a distinctly aggressive touch while carrying over the design DNA of the RN22e Rolling Lab, introduced in 2022.
Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line
The Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line is expected to launch on April 14. Volkswagen India’s official website has also revealed the new Tiguan R-Line’s colour selections and feature details. The Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line will be available in Oryx White with Mother of Pearl Effect, Nightshade Blue Metallic, Cipressino Green Metallic, Persimmon Red Metallic, and Oyster Silver Metallic.
